Paul Thomas Riggs filed a claim with the Canadian government for POW compensation in 1953.

Unfortunately, that list of 379 leaves much to be desired. Over a third of the names (133) were not American citizens but British, Irish, Scottish, Welsh, German, Russian, Polish, Czech etc who had immigrated to the US but not taken out US citizenship.
