Thanks for the info Temujin, just shows that you never know about tomorrow !!!!!! I guess that explains why I never could find the aircraft and serial of the "Test" aircraft that he was supposedly in, because there was not one ! I am looking for further in on LAC Issie Pedveen, of RCAF 434 Squadron, believe he was involved as a Mechanic/Fitter, the info that I do have:

Well, because it did not directly say what he was , other that "Stand To" order, I figured I would ask in case I missed something, but with two aircraft exploding, I can just imagine the injuries !!!!

Thanks for that info, so those the "stand to" order mean that LAC N.L. Bardgett was like a military police, security member or just a mechanic or armourer assigned to watch over an armed aircraft ????
