Hello,
I am the daughter of Private (later Corporal) V.A. Moores.
I just wanted to let everyone know that the originals of the pictures I posted are very small, so it is amazing that the clarity is somewhat decent.
I know that my father and his Company were in the Netherlands at some point.
With the latest news broadcasts about the Canadians liberating the Netherlands, I was wondering if anyone knew for sure if they were there at that time.
I haven't requested any records from the Library and Archives, because I don't know what to ask for.
Does anyone have information about the dates and activities in the Netherlands?
Thank you.
Darlene Moores
