Greetings Everyone,
Looking to see if anyone can help with the home towns on these two individuals, it is claimed that they are Americans in RCAF No. 417 Squadron
1) F/O Guy Ashford Wood, RCAF, J/9282, RCAF No. 417 Squadron, Spitfires ... Survived
2) W/O George Manuel Horter, RCAF, J/86609, RCAF No. 417 Squadron, Spitfires ... Survived

Found some info on
1) F/O Guy Ashford Wood, RCAF, J/9282, RCAF No. 417 Squadron, Hometown still unknown, left squadron November 1943
2) W/O George Manuel Horter, RCAF, J/86609, RCAF No. 417 Squadron, flew Spitfire MT659, left Squadron August 1944, from: Rochester, Michigan, U.S.A.

It would appear from an Ancestry tree, that Horter lived under a few names:
Waldo Irving / George Manuel Ewers / Ysern / Horter 1920–2001
BIRTH 2 JUL 1920 • Hackensack, Bergen, New Jersey, USA
DEATH 25 MAY 2001 • Michigan

No worries, all is good, except our state government have decided 6th lockdown is necessary.
