4 Americans, Staff pilots, No. 2 B&G.S.

Greetings everyone,

Saying that there were 4 Americans as Staff/Instructor Pilots, can't find a lot of info on them, and sure would appreciate any and all help on this

1) F/O B. Foster, Arrived from Regina, Saskatchewan, Fairey Battle 1636 piloted by F/O B. Foster, 10 Dec 1940
Arrived from Edmonton, Alberta, Fairey Battle K9274 piloted by F/O B. Foster, 09 Jan 1941
18 Feb 1941, Transferred to RCAF No. 4 B&GS, Fingal, Ontario

2) F/O W.S. Hale, Arrived from Edmonton, Alta. Fairey Battle 5240, Piloted by F.O. W.S. Hale, 18 Jan 1941
Flying Fairey Battle 9311, Piloted by F.O. W.S. Hale, Acft lost in snowstorm, force land Hanley, Saskatchewan, 25 Jan 1941
18 Feb 1941, Sent to refresher course RCAF Station Picton, Ontario

3) F/O P. Kelly, Arrived from Fairey Battle 9248, piloted by F/O P. Kelly, 01 Jan. 1941
18 Feb 1941, Transferred to RCAF No. 4 B&GS, Fingal, Ontario

4) F/O W.T. March (Maybe H.T. March)
18 Feb 1941, Sent to refresher course RCAF Station Picton, Ontario

A fifth American F/O E.C. Anderson, C/2646, was released due to health issues, he returned to Hollywood, California, 08 Feb 1941

Cannot find any info on these four Personnel Number, where they went after this assignment, did they stay instructing ?
