Researching R.C.A.F. No. 411 Squadron, need a bit of help on:
Warrant Officer Class I Ronald Harold Gridley, R/60117
R.C.A.F. 411 Squadron, Spitfire, AD268, killed March 24, 1942.
Need help on what happened to his aircraft, and where is he from ??? All help truly appreciated

He was from Scollard, Alberta
Missing whilst engaged in a cross-channel sweep.

More info, he was shot down, presumed dead, and was rescued the month before
