6th Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment War Diary

I'm helping a friend with research about the 6th Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment, in which her grandfather served. He's listed on the nominal roll, prior to convoy AT 28: https://wartimes.ca/forums/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=730

I'm hoping to find the war diary for July 1944 to the end of the war. I did a search on the National Library/Archive website and it seems that the 6 LAA's war diary has not been digitized. However it's a few years since I last searched for a war diary so I'm hoping maybe I've missed something and that one exists.
