Hello,
I am interested in the 1st Canadian Parachute Battalion and Operation Varsity as well as the units which participated in Operation Plunder, the crossing of the Rhine in March 1945. I grew up where these battles took place and as a local and military historian published about the events in 1945. Some members may know me as I am active on WW2talk.

Re: Hello from Germany
G’day.
Welcome to the forum.
My first suggestion, which is probably very late, is to start here: https://www.canada.ca/en/department-nat ... ww2-3.html.
Finding unit diaries would be the second step. Looking at this site may help with some of which you seek: https://www.project44.ca/.
