Greetings Everyone,
Just seeing if anyone might know of the hometown for Sgt. John E. Nicolaiff, R/254844, RCAF, P.O.W.
Lancaster, LM751, December 4, 1944
Aircraft took off from RAF Strubby, Lincolnshire on a bombing mission to Heilbronn, a town sitting on the Neckar River midway between Heideberg and Stuttgart. Aircraft was attacked by a night fighter and was so severely damaged, aircraft crashed at Baiersbronn about 7 km Northwest of Freudenstadt, Germany. The cause of the crash, whether caused by a night fighter or by Flak, has not been established.

As always, Thank You for the info, I could not find his hometown anywhere, also sorry I forgot to say he was with Royal Air Force, No. 619 Squadron when his aircraft was brought down. May they ALL be Remembered and Honored !
