Greetings Everyone,
On May 7, 1942, P/O A. Lucas (Pilot, RAF), Sgt W.S. Randolph (observer) and Sgt H. Haskell (air gunner) took off in an R.C.A.F. No. 418 Squadron, Boston aircraft from Holmsley South – on a night intruder over Gilze-Rijen airfield in The Netherlands, on this engagement they were able to shoot down an enemy aircraft down, shared with a Hurricane from R.A.F. No. 3 Squadron.
Question: Does anyone have any info on the serial number of the Boston ?
Note: Sgt W.S. Randolph hailed from City Unknown, State of Tennessee, U.S.A., he transferred to the USAAF and assigned to USAAF 15th Bomb Squadron, 27th Bomb Group, 12th Air Force, was Killed In Action on December 31, 1942, in Boston #AL436, French Algeria to Sousse, Tunisia, aircraft was hit by flak, last location seen Sousse Harbor, Missing in Action.
Pilot - Capt. Clifford (NMI) Her - O- 431288 - New York.
Bomb/Nav - 2Lt. William S. Randolph - O- 885362 - Tennessee.
Rad/Gnr - S/Sgt. Earl A. Glatz - 6915644 - Ohio.
Armorer/Gnr- Sgt. Jechiel (NMI) Mostow - 11024325 - Massachusetts.
Any help with info on the aircraft from RCAF No. 418 Sqdn and or crew members would be appreciated,

Operations Record Books for 418 Squadron for that time period. It does NOT tell us the aircraft number
